Monica Galetti is a television presenter and Chef Proprietor of Mere Restaurant. She started her career as a chef at Le Gavroche and has been involved with Masterchef: the professionals since 2008. She has also presented Amazing Hotels: life beyond the lobby. She is Patron of the Royal London Blind Society and in her spare time she enjoys spa days.
Born in Wolverhampton, Sathnam Sanghera, FRSL began as a news reporter at the Financial Times and received the British Press Award for Young Journalist of the Year in 2002. He has been a columnist for The Times since 2007 and his memoir, The Boy With The Topknot, has recently been televised. He is also the author of Marriage Material: a novel.
