Angela Rippon, MBE
Angela Rippon began her career as a journalist in Plymouth, before joining the national news as a reporter and then as a newsreader on BBC TV. She has presented numerous television shows since the early 1980s, as well as writing several books and supporting charities including the Alzheimer’s Society and the British Red Cross.
